Once upon a time, a little blue penguin named Popsicle wanted to help Santa. But she thought she could not. She thought even though she was helpful, she was too little. She went in her igloo with her friends and they went to sleep. She dreamt that she was helping Santa. The next morning she saw that it was the day to see if you could help Santa. Almost everyone was there except big mean Icy. Big mean Icy said to Snowflake she was always too little to do something, but she always doesn’t listen to him. She went to get in line. When it was her turn she was worried, she thought she couldn’t make it. She went on the obstacle course. She did a great job and she made it! Popsicle was very happy. The next day was December 18th she had to get ready to help make the presents. Popsicle was very excited. She walked on over to Santa’s Workshop. When she walked in she was so amazed! There were more than 50 workers in there,a bunch of toys and Santa. Popsicle walked to Santa and asked politely; What will I do? Santa said; You can help with Snowflake, and Snowy make stuff animals. So she did and she was working with her friends. When they saw Popcicle they said; Popsicle! we thought you couldn’t make it but you did! So they were all happy.

- The big Toys R Us in New york City is well you know big! that’s why I call it The Big Toys R Us1 When we were at new York City,walking to our hotel we found the Toys R Us we were going to go! First we went to our hotel to put our stuff there. Then we went to Toys R Us. There was a big dinosaur. did you know that a dinosaur’s foot is about the size of me? I’m 4 feet. There was a big Ferris wheel that you got to ride on!

This week is Earth Week. We can all celebrate Earth Week by recycling newspaper, papers that you don’t need, bottles, and soda cans! Then all the stuff go to the recycling center and they make new bottles, newspaper and all the other stuff out of them!
If you don’t have a recycling box, here’s an idea! You can get a box and decorate it. For example, you can put ”Reduce” on one side of the box, “Reuse” on another, and “Recycle” on another one! Then you will get “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle”!
You can have one for bottles, one for paper and one for cans. You can turn off all your stuff just for one minute or more just to show that you are helping earth. You can do that everyday so you can save electricity.

Sunday was Easter. I was sleepy until…… I WASHED MY FACE! When we got there the sun was not up yet and that was good. There was no one there, although my mom expected a lot of people would be there; because it is Easter and it’s like, a new life. It was cold! Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
There was a playground and we had it all to ourselves because no one was there. And it felt like every minute the sun rose even more! It was very cool. At first to me, it looked like the sunset, except in reverse order! It was beautiful. If it was winter, it would be FREEZING COLD! I think we would have to stay in the car and watch if it was like that. I think it would be like (hmmm) twenty or ten degrees! It was still cold but I’m glad it was not winter.
I have one thing to say….. Every time you woke up early, wash your face first because it will wake you up! After that we had some breakfast - I think I hear my tummy rumbling! We went to IHOP. I had pancakes with strawberries and my brother Didi had pancakes with some blueberries. They were surely yummy!

Sunday, April 5th, 2009 - 5 Vivi's corner
Today is my gymnastic competition. We did the stuff that we will be doing for the big show in June. On bars we did glide and then a back-hip-circle. On the vault we ran then jumped on the vault. Next we did a straight jump. Then after that we had to do the same thing but we had to straddle off; straddle means it is like a split but you have to close your legs before you get to the floor. Next for floor we did the dance for the show. Here is the dance I did for the competition.
Ok, the last thing we did is the beam; first we did the pose then we did a two kart-leaps after we did a roll and we did kicks to the end and a straddle off. Then we had people on the gymnastic team who did a performance. They did back-hand-springsback flips - lots of cool stuff. There were first place through eighth place and I was in forth place but everyone in the competition got a prize. There are 25 of us. We also had a raffle for two baskets - the raffles are one dollar for one ticket, five dollars for five tickets and ten tickets for ten dollars. Although winning would be nice, the important thing is to have fun.

After I wanted to be a scientist. I looked up what Saturn’s ring is made out of. The first website I found, had a video, and I like it!:D! even though I did not find what Saturn’s ring is made out of. They had studied very hard to figure out what Saturn’s ring is made out of. They took a lot of pictures, but they did not figure out what Saturn’s ring is made out of.
